Refund and Returns Policy
At Maze Kart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, we’ve made the process as simple as possible.
How Can I Return a Product?
Returning a product is quick and easy. Just follow these steps:
Go to the “Return or Exchange” page.
Enter your order number and email address to start the process.
Submit the return request. Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup of the item within 1-2 business days.
Important Notes:
You can return Maze Kart products within 7 days of receiving your order.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include the invoice and product label.
Items bought during promotions or on sale can only be exchanged, not returned.
If the returned product has any signs of use (stains, marks, scents, etc.), the return request will be cancelled, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
How Will I Get My Refund?
Once we receive your returned item at our facility, it will undergo a quality check. If approved, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
For UAE orders: Refunds may take up to 14 days from the day we receive the item at our fulfilment center.
How Can I Exchange an Item?
Exchanging an item is simple:
Go to the “Return/Exchange” page and submit an exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order.
After submitting the request, contact our Customer Support Team to arrange a pickup.
Please Note:
If the item you’re exchanging is of higher value than your original purchase, you will need to pay the difference online.
If the item is of lower value, the price difference will be refunded as store credit.
Can I Return or Exchange Promotional or Free Items?
Promotional and free items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
