Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully if you wish to send the product back to us. If your ask falls within our policy, we will be happy to assist and attend to your concerns.

To start with, you can only return or exchange the products within 7 days of receiving it, provided that it is not a sale or discounted order, and there is a valid reason for the return or exchange. Post the first 7 days, no returns or exchanges will be possible.

Also, the following products are NOT VALID for Returns or Exchange:

  1. Sale Orders / Discounted orders
  2. International orders
  3. Anything bought in pop-ups/ exhibitions or in-person trials.
  4. CANCELLATION POLICYThe expected time span for reporting the services ordered to be cancelled and the conditions under which cancellation will be allowed.

    Example: Customer can cancel their order within 7 days; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.

    If you return your products by placing an online return request or calling us for a return pick-up, here’s how it works:

    – It’ll take 5-7 business days for us to receive your products and perform a quality check.

    – We’ll then take 5-7 business days to approve the refund.

    – Your wallet service may take a further 8 to 10 business days to process the transaction.

    Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

  5. REFUND POLICY’Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment

A few things you MUST READ while asking for a return or refund:

  1. Before sending the product back, make sure that the goods are in the same condition as they were when shipped out.We do not accept:
    • Fragrances, toiletries, cosmetics, beauty, and skincare products.

    Please return your items in their original packaging, within 7 days of delivery. Double-check that you’ve included all the tags, accessories, promotional gifts and warranty cards that came with your order.

  2. Please make an unboxing video of the package you receive to claim any physical damage or missing product. Make sure to record the video before opening the courier seal, so that it shows the true status of the products.  Returns/exchanges on claims of damage or defective products will only be accepted with the valid video proof.
  3. Make sure to mention your order number and contact number clearly on the package when returning the goods to us.
  4. To process your return, please write to us on, customersupport@maze-kart.com. Make sure the products are returned to the address given via email.
  5. Refund will be given to you only through the original mode of payment after we receive the product in its actual condition based on necessary approvals. If the product was damaged or not valid for return, it will be sent back to you in the same condition.
